There are those of you who will, no doubt, assert that I have so little to worry about.

Yes, I am stunningly good looking (smirk), happily married (runs perfect manicure through glossy locks) and fabulously wealthy (admires pearly veneers in compact mirror), but parenthood is proving to be such a rocky ride (wipes tear from eye). My sweet daughter, Freya, continues to insist that she will have an otter for Christmas (OHMYGOD!).

Those lovely people over at Heritage Chocolates have offered 5 of their super coins as a prize for my Wordless Wednesday competition! They make the most spectacular stocking fillers, are super quality Belgian chocolate, really rather enormous (each weighing 90 grammes) and worth £4 each.

Lets see what captions you can come up with for the picture below. The first line that springs to mind is “Hello Freya, I don’t exist!”, and lets hope he calls soon, because this is simply too damn stressful (clutches chest).

First impressions: One can never own enough cashmere. I always feel instantly pampered, instantaneously comforted when I slip on some cashmere.

Pros: Whats not to love? Let me firstly point out that when you are in search of a gift, even for ones-self (bats eyelashes), or for someone who has everything and is difficult to impress – these socks are like loving gin and tonic and discovering lemon!

Cons: If travelwrap come up with cashmere anything else – I am liable to cashmere the entire house.

Value for money: For the cost of a pedicure, one can own something that feels so incredibly opulent and secret. You will know they are cashmere, you will walk like they are cashmere, but no-one else will know why you are smiling! this is the ultimate self indulgence or gift!
