So, we finally prized open the gates open at the poppets returned to their prestigious prep schools this morning and calm routine has returned once more to the leafy streets and avenues of Dulwich – HURRAH!
Gosh but I feared that I was becoming an alcoholic the poppets were bored were they not?
No I don’t like to push them to do anything during their breaks, not me. It would be wrong (stomps foot), they work so hard at school…
Well, yes, a little violin and piano, clearly!
Yes, each day, only about 30 minutes, each instrument, and half an hour of Mathletics – that website is such fun!
Yes, we do the Letts Study Aids too (smirk).
Well, when I say “we”, I am at work, clearly, the nanny does it. She likes structure, apparently the children find it reassuring.
Oh yes, they needed a complete break. Did yours not go to Mandarin camp?

Goodness: was there not space on the Wine Appreciation Course? Surely if they had done this during the Winter Break they could at least have made themselves useful pouring you a carefully selected glass…..
