Even though our products are packed with kind ingredients, as with all baby toiletries we recommend you do a small patch test first. Ooh, and it goes without saying we don’t believe in testing on our furry friends”
I asked my lovely friend Shannon to review these products for me
***************************
First impressions: Fantastic packaging (but I freely admit I’m a not-so-secret girly girl and love anything pink). Looks a bit vintage – I could imagine them in a 1950s bathroom. Love it…. Right, now, will they live up to their promises…? Well, both do on smell – gorgeous, fresh but gentle citrus fragrance, which for some reason reminds me of childhood holidays in the South of France. I’m loving them even before I’ve used them!
Ease of Use: As usual, Boo Boo products are a delight to apply – the oil goes on really well and surprisingly doesn’t feel at all greasy on, just very soft. Still smells fab too.
Pros: This product fits in perfectly with my vintage style bathroom! It is easy to apply, smells wonderful, feels even better, and above all seems to be living up to its promises (despite my scepticism that any lotions can really lift boobs or banish marks!) The miracle oil appears to be reducing the darker pigment I developed on my tummy in pregnancy. Can’t comment on its efficacy on stretch marks I’m afraid, because I was lucky and avoided those
Cons: Like the baby massage oil, the Miracle Oil would be improved by a flip-cap – not because I’m worried about baby swallowing this one – you don’t think I let him in my bathroom do you? Just because I’ve had to fish this one from behind the sink a few times where it’s rolled!
Value for money: I have found the two products I have reviewed from this range are well worth the money – they are achieving effects that more expensive creams and spa treatments haven’t! Will definitely be buying the gift set for a currently pregnant chum…
