Name of product: City 7938 Passenger Train by LEGO
Price: £99.99
The blurb: ”All aboard the new high speed passenger train is ready to pick up and drop off passengers at the LEGO City Station. Handle up to 8 trains at a time through the tight curves of the new flexible track, using the new eight-channel, seven-speed infrared remote control” This product is meant for children aged from 6 – 12 years. My daughter is seven and it was just perfect for her. There are two carriages, one engine and a small amount of track in the box. Batteries are not included three mini-figures
First impressions: ‘I was really excited about this LEGO set because the train has a remote controll! We did electricity and motors at school last year and I knew it would be exciting’
Ease of Use: ‘I needed some help from daddy because the motors are a bit tricky but it was easy apart from that. At the end when the train and track were built, it was all worthwhile’
Pros: ‘The train is remote controlled. It goes at 7 different speeds and is so fast that it keeps falling off the track as it flies around in a circle. But it was great fun to build and I was busy with it for ages. I will play with this for a very long time, all of my LEGO mini-figures fit in the carriages! I can’t wait for Christmas, I want to get lots more of this LEGO City now. This is not just for boys you know. My brother is really jealous of me’
Cons: ‘I need more train track so that the train will have a better journey and stay on the track and it doesn’t come with batteries. It is really great though’
Value for money:. ’ I love my train set and want to build it up now and get a bigger track and a LEGO City town too, I think it is a great train and is probably worth lots of money’

Because the track is not really long enough to enjoy this train properly
