Name of product: Cozy Plush Microwaveable Warmers – ParamountZone.com
Price: £9.99
The blurb: “These soft toys aren’t just adorable to look at and cuddle up to, they can also be heated up to provide extra warmth and comfort when it’s cold
The inside is filled with special wheat grains, infused with lavender. This means that they’ll stay warm for up to two hours after only a couple of minutes in a microwave. The lavender scent ensures that not only are these furry friends great to hold and nuzzle, providing warmth and comfort, the natural, soothing scent will help little ones to drift off to sleep
Your cosy plush warmer can be used over and over and over and is an idea replacement for a traditional hot water bottle. As there’s no hot water involved, there’s no risk of scalding”
First impressions: I gave my daughter a microwaveable hottie last year – what is new? However, the fabric of this toy is incredibly soft and plush. We have the puppy, but this product also comes as a gorilla or a lamb – they are all adorable
Ease of Use: If you have food splashes in your microwave or on your microwave plate, pop a couple of sheets of kitchen paper down before you place the toy inside, or he could end up smelling like the aupairs ready meal! It is simple to use
Pros: The puppy does not contain a pouch that you take out to put in the microwave, you pop the entire toy in the microwave! He warms up all the way through to the tips of his paws, not just a little warm spot in the middle. He is by far the best microwaveable hotwater type toy I have found. Freya asks for him every night (it is snowing at the moment!). This is an excellent design and the most super useful stocking filler!
Cons: None at all
Value for money:. I have to say that ParamountZone.com is the cheapest place I have found this toy. They were selling it last week at The Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park and I am sure that it was much more expensive

Stockists: Online at Paramountzone.com. I didn’t expect to like this site – it seems slightly naff, but it is genuinely full of suprises!
