First impressions: Not the most relaxing reception area, but I liked the choice of water flavoured with lemon or orange slices and the selection of glossy magazines to read

Ease of Use: Very easy to use as someone else does it all for you! Just lie back and relax

Pros: Extremely relaxing – I actually dozed off during the head massage part of the facial! The therapist was highly skilled and my complexion definitely brighter, more supple, fine lines were diminished

Cons: I can’t think of any really, I have been having regular facials since I was sixteen years old, and I am by far the fairest of them all at the school gates – stand back and admire! No, really, this is a super effective facial

Value for money: Good value for money. I am a confirmed premium skincare junkie and this facial is one of the best
