First impressions: My first impression when confronted with this hairspray was: Elnett have at last evolved and although they have stuck to the shape, size and spray nozzle that I remember experimenting with on my Grandmothers dressing table. The limited addition pink spray with the black nozzle and detai,l certainly looks a little different to their range of products and harks back to the classic gold with a white nozzle that has adorned many a lady’s dressing table over the generations. I must admit that the association with Cheryl Cole,“The hair extension queen”, does not impart any qudos here… I wouldn’t believe a word she says about any product
Ease of Use: Simple! Just spray from 30cms away in short bursts and the spray is effective and easy to direct
Pros: This hairspray really does provide strong hold without leaving hair sticky and heavy. It leaves hair smooth and is very easily brushed through when you have finished with your up-do at the end of a day packed with career, shopping and being a momshell (smirk)
Cons: The main con to this effective and reasonably priced hairspray for me is the smell. No matter how effective the hairspray, it will always have an association with the bridge playing Blue Rinse Brigade for me
Value for money:. This hairspray is great value for money and remains one of the most reasonably priced and effective products of its kind on the market, I just wish they could transform the fragrance and ditch Cheryl while they are at it
purely due to the smell
