First impressions: The packaging is suitably festive for the party season, with a glossy gold case and a hint of vivid red which allows you to see exactly what shade the product is. Opening up the case, the lipstick appears very sparkly with multi-tonal shades of gold glitter. This does make me slightly dubious that it will appear as such on the lips, the intense colour looks appealing though

Ease of Use: As with most lipsticks, you simply twist the bottom of the case to elevate the lipstick and then apply to the lips

Pros: Extremely festive. I promise you it will put you in the party mood! The colour is very vivid as promised and the sparkle is more subtle than I expected, which is a plus. The finish was quite matte and the colour did last a long time which saved me the trouble of regularly reapplying

Cons: It feels a little dry on the lips

Value for money:. Because you only need to apply a small amount, this lipstick would definitely see you through the party season and therefore I think that it is reasonable value for money
